women’s equine assisted mental health retreat at the maker farm
🐴 Wild Child Living is so excited to offer our first all women’s equine assisted mental health retreat taking place on Sunday December 6th from 9 am to 3 pm at the idyllic Maker Farm!
Women, I think we all know how hard we work and how completely depleted we can feel. Isn’t it time to do something for yourself?
🔹This event is specifically scheduled at the beginning of December, so that our participants can reconnect with themselves before the chaos of the holidays hits.
🔹The day will be facilitated by two licensed mental health counselors. The cost of the day includes lunch, a grounding yoga session led by a certified yoga instructor, and tons of time outside, with horses. Cost is $325.
🔹All women are welcome. This program is appropriate for the horse newbie who would like to see what the horse girl life is all about. It’s also perfect for the lifelong equestrian who wants (or needs!) to slow down and reconnect with their passions.
